I always enjoy entertaining my guest with a fine bottle of wine.  It brings out the special ambiance of a great dining environment with friends or family.  I love to keep a wide selection of wines available on my wine rack to entertain all personalities.  With such a wide variety of wines, it is important to have them readily available.
